Amelia Romo Sulaica, 68 passed away Monday, June 16, 2014 at Covenant Medical Center. Services for Mrs. Sulaica will be 10:00 am Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at Calvillo Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 7:00pm at Calvillo Funeral Home.
Amelia was born September 16, 1945 in Colorado. She married Pedro Jesus Sulaica in Pontiac, Michigan and worked for SunBeam for many years before closing.
She is survived by her husband, Pedro Jesus Sulaica of Lubbock; three sons, Fernando Romo and wife Jessica, Paul Romo, Cesario Romo and wife Nellie all of Lubbock; two daughters, Adelia Rodriguez of Lubbock, Diana Caraveo of Shallowater; eleven grandchildren; twenty seven great grandchildren.
