Aristeo Puente

Aristeo “Lino” Puente, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 in Lubbock.  Arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Aristeo was born January 12, 1934 in Mexico.  He married Maria Barron in Lubbock and worked as a welder for most of his life.  A jack of all trades, Aristeo did many other things as he enjoyed staying busy.  He loved to dance, sing and taking care of animals. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Maria Puente of Lubbock; one daughter, Gloria Bastardo of Lubbock; seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
