Erma Bailey

Viewing for Erma Jean Bailey, 88, of Tahoka will be Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 1:00-6:00pm at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel in Tahoka. A Celebration of Life will be 10:00 am Monday, June 3, 2019 at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel in Tahoka with Deacon Josh Ragland officiating. Burial will follow in Nevels Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Erma Jean went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. She was born on January 7, 1931 in Lakeview, Texas to the late Benjamic Leslie and Myrtle May Spear. She married Paul Duston Bailey Sr. on November 12, 1947 in Hedley, Texas. Paul preceded her in death on June 17, 1989.

Survivors include a son, Kevin Bailey; one daughter, Debbie Bailey Walker; a sister Peggy Lue Stevens.

She is preceded in death by her husband and one sister, Betty Joe Morgan.
