Gloria Almager

Gloria Almager, 31 passed away Friday, November 28, 2014 in Levelland.  Services for Mrs. Almager will be 2:00 pm Thursday, December 4, 2014 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Martin Pina officiating.  Burial will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  There will be a rosary held at 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Calvillo Funeral Home.

Gloria was born June 11, 1983 in Levelland to Librado Almager & Rebecca Valdez.  She worked in cotton stripping for many years and enjoyed being a housewife, and spending time with her family and children. She was an honest person who always told it as it and she was able to plan a celebration for anyone in no time at all.

She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Cortez and husband Herman Jr. of Lubbock; her father, Librado Almager of Levelland; one son, Justin Almager of Levelland; three daughters, Gina Garcia of Welch, Madison Almager of Levelland, Kaylee Valdez of Levelland; one brother, Librado Almager Jr. of Lubbock; two sisters, Leticia Garcia of Brownfield, Priscilla Rodriguez of Levelland; her fiancé, Alex Basquez of Levelland.
