Joey Aguero, 18 passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 in Lubbock. Services for Mr. Aguero will be 10:00 am Friday, February 9, 2018 at Calvillo Funeral Home with Father Martin Pina officiating. A rosary will be held 7:00 pm Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Calvillo Funeral Home.
Joey was born March 22, 1999 to Jennifer Aguero in Lubbock. He was a student at Lubbock High and like most teenagers his age loved being on his phone. He also enjoyed music, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Aguero of Lubbock; two brothers, Juan Antonio Rivera, Christopher Lee Rivera both of Lubbock; two sisters, Perla Sarabia, Stephanie Sarabia both of Lubbock; grandmother, Sylvia Aguero of Lubbock; two aunts, Priscilla Aguero, Monica Aguero both of Lubbock; three uncles, Angel Martinez, Jonathan Saenz, Pedro Reyes all of Lubbock.
