Jolanda Servin Martinez

Viewing and visitation for Mrs. Jolanda Servin Martinez, 71 of Lubbock will be 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel with a rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. the same evening. Funeral Mass will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father Rudi Crasta officiating. Burial will follow at The City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home & Chapel.

Jolanda was born November 22nd, 1954, to Jesus and Sofia Garcia in Abernathy, Texas. On August 7th, 2000, she married Magdelino Martinez, her soulmate, until the end. She was a Catholic. She was married to the father of her three children, Jose Nicolas Servin Sr., from 1969 to 1999. She worked in environmental for many years.

She is preceded in death by her ex-husband Jose N. Servin Sr.; her parents Jesus and Sofia Garcia; her siblings Tino, Johnny Joe, Leandro, and Josie Garcia; also, Inez Banda, Sylvia Banda and Brother-in-law Guadalupe Banda.

She is survived by her husband Magdelino Martinez; her son Jose N. Servin Jr and his wife Norma; two daughters Connie Servin Stiles, her husband Jon Stiles and Zenaida Servin all of Lubbock; three sisters Rosalinda Natal and her husband Steve from Minnesota, Julie Castillo and her husband Ernesto Castillo, and Margaret Hernandez both of Lubbock; and one brother Jesus Garcia, Jr. and his wife Rosalinda Garcia of Lubbock; she has ten grandchildren and twenty six great grandchildren. All her grandbabies were her world, especially Josiah, Nicolas and Jaylynn. She passed away missing them very much.

Pallbearers will be Alex Ferretiz, Zollie White III, Jose Servin III, Michael Servin, Christopher Servin and Guadalupe Banda Jr.

Honorary Pallbearers are Jose Daniel Garcia, Jesse Gonzalez Jr., Christopher Mendez Jr., Juan Angel Garcia
