Jose Vidales Sr.

Rosary for Jose Vidales Sr. 80 of Lubbock will be Tuesday July 12, 2016 at 6;30 PM at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, at 10 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Jim O'Connor officiating. Burial will be in the Lamesa Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home and Chapel.
Jose went to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 10, 2016. He was born on January 12, 1936 in Goliad, Texas to the late Salvador Jr and Pilar Vidales. He married Eba Deleon on February 19, 1958 in Altos, OK. He was a retired farmer and ginner. He loved to go the flea markets and spend time with his family.
He is preceded in death by two sons, Jose Vidales Jr. on November 6, 2012 and Ruben Vidales on May 26, 2013.
Survivors include his wife of Lubbock, two daughters Yolanda Abrego and Teresa Gonzales both of Lubbock, two sisters Angie Martinez and Sophie Robles both of San Antonio, 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
