Juan Ramirez

Visitation for Juan C. Ramirez, 57 of Lubbock will be on Thursday, October 19, 2017, 1 PM at Calvillo Funeral Home. A celebration of Life will be 10:00 am Friday, October 20, 2017 at Word Aflame United Pentecostal Church located at 6901 82nd St in Lubbock with Rev. Ron Cruddas officiating.  Burial will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.

Mr. Ramirez passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at his residence. He was born on April 7, 1960 in Lubbock to the late Juan (September 20, 1995) and Eulalia Ramirez (July 13, 2001). Juan was a lifelong resident of Lubbock and loved working at Barricades Unlimited where he worked for over five years.  He loved spending time with his family, watching western movies, reading and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his sons Juan Ramirez and David Ramirez both of Lubbock; daughter Virginia Rodriguez of Lubbock; Sisters Monica Hernandez, Rebecca Bell and Connie Arrambide all of Lubbock; six grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
