Juana Delgado

Juana Banda Delgado, 58, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2018 in Lubbock.  Services for Mrs. Delgado will be 10:00 am Monday, May 14, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Martin Pina officiating. Burial will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  A rosary will be held 7:00 pm Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Calvillo Funeral Home.

Juana was born June 27, 1959 in Lubbock to Maria Banda.  She graduated from New Deal High School and later married Reydecel Delgado in Lubbock. She worked as an adult care provider for Adult Nursing Center for many years and her passion was in helping people. She never met a stranger and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by a son, Mark Ybarra of Lubbock; one daughter, Jalisa Delgado of Lubbock; four grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her mother.
