Juanita Carlos

Juanita D. Carlos, 75, passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 in San Angelo.  Services for Mrs. Carlos will be 10:00 Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father George Poonely officiating.  Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.  A rosary will be held 6:00 pm Monday, August 13, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview.

Juanita was born June 26, 1943 in Plainview to Manuel & Marcela Dominguez.  She married Alfonso Carlos in 1979 in San Angelo and worked as a nursing assistant for most of her life.  She was a devoted catholic and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren that spanned from 10 years old to 31 years old. A loving soul, she will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by two sons, Jerry Kirkpatrick & wife Tracey, Steve Kirkpatrick all of San Angelo; two daughters, Joanne Moreno of Eola, Brenda McCulloch of Plainview; two brothers, Robert Dominguez of Plano, Joe Dominguez of College Station; one sister, Manuela Solorzano of Plainview; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Margie Robles.
