Leonard Hernandez, 54 passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at his residence. Memorial Mass for Mr. Hernandez will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, September 3, 2015 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church with Father George Roney officiating. Burial will follow at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home.
Leonard was born April 17, 1961 in Amherst to Robert & Angelica Hernandez. He worked as a caregiver for his mother until her passing in 2012. He enjoyed reading & gardening and sepending time with his family.
He is survived by two brothers, Larry Hernandez & wife Dora of Lubbock, Leal Hernandez & wife Emy of Bernie; one sister, Lori Perez & husband Edward of Lubbock; nieces & nephews, Lawrence Hernandez, Lance Hernandez, Hannah Hernandez, J’Lynn Perez, Jason Perez & Emilee Hernandez.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
