Miguel Moreno

Richard G. Moreno, Sr was born on June 18, 1931 to the late Inez and Anastacia Moreno in Hildago County. He went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 5, 2016.

He married Audelia Vasquez on November 21, 1951 in Lubbock. She preceded him in death on June 18, 1998. He was a retired Clerk in shipping and receiving dock for Farm Pac.

Richard was known as a humorous person, he loved to laugh and play jokes on people. He loved to garden, fish and do wood work. He was a great dad and a loyal husband. He loved the Texas Longhorns.

He is preceded in death by a great grandson Stevie Rey Rodriguez on September 30, 2015.

Survivors include five sons, Richard Moreno Jr, Jimmy Moreno, Rod Moreno, Felix Moreno and Adam Gomez all of Lubbock, three daughters Rosemilda, Debra Moreno and Marivel Flores all of Lubbock, 17 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
