Olga Hernandez

Olga Hernandez, 60, of Lubbock went to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 18, 2023.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 21, 2023, with the Celebration of Life beginning at 6:00 pm, the same day at Calvillo Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jared Baker officiating. All arrangements were made under the direction of Calvillo Funeral Home & Chapel.

Olga was born on September 7, 1962, in Waco, Texas to the late Elias Sr. and Mary Hernandez. Olga really enjoyed going to the adult day care center and participating in the activities. However, her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family, whether through celebrating birthday parties or simply just being surrounded by them, Olga cherished every minute she could. 
She is preceded in death by her parents Elias Sr. and Mary Hernandez.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sisters Elizabeth Hernandez and Rose Mary Laymon both of Lubbock; a brother Elias Hernandez Jr. of Lubbock and a host of nieces and nephews.
